i have a great diet and i rarely drink or smoke (only on special occasions). i have a 6 month baby and she is jjust wonderful, sleeps through the night, not fussy or difficult, i am soooo lucky! but i am so tired all the time, i cant stop sleeping. ive tried vitiamin drinks..coffee..more water..and all i want to do is crawl into bed...its driving me nuts and playing havoc with my already awful libido...im 33. why is this happening?heres a few sites that tell you healthy ways to get more energy:

i hope a few of those sites help you :) For more energy, it is CRUCIAL that you get 8 hours of sleep a night. Not just 8 hours, but 8 hours at the same time. You need to be on a hardcore sleeping schedule (it will seem hardcore at first, but will be barely noticable after some time). During the day, drink as much water as you can tolerate (helps to drink with ice, and through a straw), and green tea (delicious iced). Also, make sure you are getting enough vitamins. You are still really young, so as long as you are getting plenty of sleep, hydration, and vitamins, you should feel peppy in no time (or at least the amount of time it takes to get into a sleeping schedule). If those things don't work, you probably should see your doctor. Might be something more serious. But give the new sleeping/vitamin/water regime some time. At least a month. Good luck! :)Try taking B-vitamins.You might be sleeping too much. Try eating lots of fruits like blueberries, pineapples and oranges. Also, set a specific time to wake up and sleep and start a routine and get into a "groove".#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
