While on an early morning flight out of Toronto, I tried to shoot the sunrise over Toronto Island. It looked great in the viewfinder, but after I transfered it to my PC I was shocked at all of the ugly streaks from the dirty window. Is there any way to get rid of them?

Image seems a bit bland so I color-filtered the sky and made the ground a little more vivid.
