Right i want to get into some music producing using keyboards midi players etc i was just wondering what sort of stuf and software i could get within a resonable price range ? i play drums anyway and want a software that i can record my drums aswel as help with the music producing? thankyou xthe best thing that i would say to use is pro tools. you can record what you play from your drums live to pro tools. then you can rewire other programs like reasons, and sample tank to go in sync with the drums that you are playing. if you need more details on what im talking about go here
http://www.lboogzproductions.com/yourstu...You could start with Reaper, it has an uncrippled shareware version. http://reaper.fm
I like FL Studio (Producer Edition) best for doing beats (and complete tracks, it's my main audio workstation).
Try the demo here: http://demo.flstudio.com
If you end up wanting to get it you can get 10% discount on the download version from the Image-Line online store with this promo link: http://support.flstudio.com/jshop/shop.p...Okay, If you want to start off with music production the main thing you need to have is a good sound card. Get the Audiophile 2496 (made by m-audio) because it is cheap and has an adapter for a midi input and output. If you want to drum and record I prefer you getting electric drums because the sound come out way cleaner. The sound card is about $100 and the electric drums are about $200 to $700 so make sure music production is really what you want to do.If you want a keyboard you don't have to go buy a $1000 keyboard. All you need is a keyboard with a midi input and output. You can probably go out and buy a keyboard for $50.A good software for recording vocals is adobe audition 3, a good software for making beats is FL Studio, and another good beat making software is SONAR.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
