Do you think that technology improvement help kids to learn faster these days?
My English teacher sets up a wiki so we always have a source for assignments and hand outs. My biology teacher uses the screen attached to the computer to show slides of chick embryos. My chem teacher posts audio recordings of all his lectures on the internet. I can also get information and answers to a question easily using the internet and email.
If used incorrectly though, they can make things more difficult and slow down the process just by being too much of a hassle. It also depends on the teacher's teaching style.
