Here is my situation.. My father is dating this younger girl, she's 17. And well he's around his 30's. We decided to drink a little (There is 5 of us, my brother, her dad, me, my father, and her) and just sit and relax. Well they got into a fight, which she started to throw things around and broke the window. Well this went on for a couple of hours and its about 3:00 AM
Some people decided to call the police about a domestic violence. Everyone is asleep except for those two, and well the cops show up. Our alcohol is in the floor, and well I hide it. And my dad didn't let them in because well that would be bad news.
But the two officers take her, and my father to jail for family dispute?
And I cannot seem to find much about family dispute, and any information would be nice. They said that they cannot be bailed out without first seeing a judge (now I think that they were being *****) but hell.. I don't know on what to do. I'm only 18, and with 650$ to my name... I just don't know. Is that banjo music i hear.they can't be bailed out without first seeing the judge - usually takes 24 - 48 hours.
Once he is out of jail - you can help him out by telling him to grow up. What is he doing drinking with his own minor children anyway. Is he really that stupid or was this just a mistake?Lemme get this straight.....Your 30 year old father is dating a 17 year old girl (ILLEGAL if he is having sex or touching her which I am sure he is) and they are drinking (ILLEGAL) and they get into a physical fight (ILLEGAL)... And you think the cops are wrong for arresting him?....You need to get out of that house and get a normal life..This is NOT normal and hopefully when you get married you dont act the same way.WTF????????Depends on the charges and state.Alot of times they will post bond right there.Wait and see how much bond is.Domestic violence laws are way to strict for just ppl having a simply fight and broken widow.With her being 17 just might let her go,they probably took him in because he wouldn't let them in.
And I don't quit understand family dispute since she doesn't live there.Cops where being *****.

good luck and don't listen to ppl trying to lay their standards on you and your clan.I suggest using a horse and some rope. Tie the rope around the bars and tie the other end to the saddle horn and use the horse to pull the bars out of the wall.
