I was told (and I agree) that this needs to be a little less exposed and the top left of the picture is distracting. What could you Photoshop experts turn up with this. I thank you in advance.

Then lasso tool to the inner part (same feather settings, those are my own standard feather settings, mind) to push the highlights and darks a little. Ah, and after that I applied USM at 30% and a radius of 0,5px.
