More Help For Tickets to Games
LONG STORY... here's the point, how do you go about getting away tickets to games? when are they available? what's good seats at WBA? anyone going to be there? can I wear my Tottenham clothes and sit anywhere in the stadium? I don't know these things, but I think it would probably be better not to sit with the Tottenham crowd seeing as how it would be me, my girlfriend, her brother, her dad, and one of her sisters.
Thanks for your help, friends.

well, if you're not going to sit with the spurs' support, you needn't worry about getting 'away tickets'. just go to west brom's website, and go through the process. find out when tickets will go onsale (they'll probably go onsale to west brom members before they go on general sale), and be ready when they do. get them from their website. shouldn't be a problem if you're on top of it.
not having ever been to west brom (though i've been to plenty of english grounds), i'm not certain what to say about wearing spurs gear. i've definitely seen away colors worn at some english grounds (amongst home support) without incident, but i've also been to some where it would not be recommended. unless i'd been given reason to believe it was ok at a particular place, i'd be strongly disinclined to do such. at any rate, you'll have varying degrees of fanaticism in the different stands, so you'll want to insure that you're not amongst wba's most rabid support if you do.
that said, if both you and her brother are spurs, i'd be strongly inclined to try to sit with spurs; because you'll want to sing up the lads without taking grief (to whatever degree) for it. that, however, could be difficult. the only way i've looked into away tickets was via the club, through my membership. if you're not a member, i really don't know what to tell you. somehow, i suspect that getting five away tickets might be problematic. of course, you could always call spurs' ticket office (the number will be at the website) and inquire directly.
perhaps the best option at this point would be to go to a more heavily trafficked messageboard, like COYS, and inquire there. they'll be better able to tell you what wba fans are like, and how much bother you'll get for cheering spurs (or wearing our gear) amongst them. they also might tell you how you might obtain five away tickets, which, again, would be your best option (assuming that none among your party are west brom supporters); but, again, i'm not optimistic there.
dunno how helpful that's been.
