Page Cannot Be Displayed problem

  • hello
    when i try to import vbstyle.xml i get a white page "
    Page Cannot Be Displayed"

    i get the same page when i try to import language or products

    what should i do??


  • nothing works
    i dont know why
    i tried to add a subject
    the same page appears
    please help me


  • Assuming the files are in ASCII, then my best guess is that you PHP is not correctly complied for full XML support.

    How are you doing the import exactly?

    i've enabled Public phpinfo


  • Make sure you are uploading these files in ASCII format.

    If you still have a problem, then enable phpinfo in the Admin CP, then provide the URL to your forums. This may help us troubleshoot this problem.

    Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Public phpinfo() Display Enabled


  • i do it as usual
    from styles-----}import styles----}upload from my pc
    i tried to upload xml files to my site then tried to import xml from there
    the same problem accured


  • Well again assuming the files are in ASCII, then my best guess is that you PHP is not correctly complied for full XML support. You should contact your host about this.
